It is a mix of Locust bean gum, carrageenan and agar-agar stabilizers based on herbs, used for water-based jellies.

This stabilizer mix we have prepared, in addition to providing all properties given structurally, hinder oozing problem frequently seen in jellies. Its usage ratio is between 0.9-1%.
